Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – BESS & Renewable EnergyLocation: SuratCompany: Prozeal Green Energy LimitedKey Responsibilities:- Drive business strategy and growth for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Solar, Wind, Hybrid, FDRE and RTC projects. - Lead tendering and pre-bid activities including techno-commercial evaluation, customized system design, and cost optimization for Govt. and C&I projects. - Perform technical and financial modelling (LCOE/LCOS, ROI, bottom-up costing) and structure solutions under Capex, BOO, BTM, and Open Access models. - Oversee BESS design & engineering including sizing, layouts, SLDs, grid compliance, system integration and regulatory adherence. - Support strategic sourcing and procurement, evaluate battery suppliers/OEMs, negotiate pricing, and manage commercial agreements. - Coordinate project execution across engineering, procurement, erection, testing and commissioning teams, ensuring quality, safety, cost and timeline adherence. - Review engineering drawings, equipment sizing, protection schemes, interlocks, SCADA/PLC logic, and ensure compliance with approved QAP. - Monitor installation and commissioning activities, manage contractors and OEM teams, and resolve technical and quality issues. - Lead tender evaluation and bidding strategy for Solar, BESS and EHV substations. - Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, issue resolution and payment follow-ups. - Track market trends, regulatory policies and incentives to enhance proposal competitiveness and order conversion.-Qualifications & Experience:- Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory); MBA (Preferred) - Experience: Minimum 7+ years, including execution of at least one 50 MW+ Solar/Wind/BESS/Hybrid project at a single location and minimum 6 months of hands-on BESS experience - Skills: Strong techno-commercial acumen, financial analysis, negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer-focused mindset
