Tender Executive / Bid Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a Tender Executive / Bid Manager to manage the complete end-to-end tendering and bidding process for government and private sector infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with e-procurement portals.Key Responsibilities- Monitoring Tender Portals: Regularly tracking tender opportunities on platforms such as CPPP, GeM, state e-procurement portals, and private tender sites - Documentation Management: Preparing, compiling, and organizing technical documents, financial bids, eligibility certificates, and supporting paperwork - Bid Preparation: Coordinating with internal departments to gather required data, BOQs, and project details for bid submissions - Submission and Tracking: Uploading bids on e-procurement portals or physically submitting documents to authorities before deadlines - Compliance Check: Ensuring all tender requirements, formats, and conditions are met - Record Keeping: Maintaining a structured database of submitted tenders, deadlines, results, and follow-ups - Follow-up: Tracking tender status, clarifications, corrigenda, and result notificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully follow tender conditions, formats, and timelines - Strong Organizational Skills: Comfortable managing multiple tenders simultaneously - Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication for preparing proposals and coordinating internally - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-procurement systems, MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF tools, and documentation software - Experience: 1–3 years in tendering, procurement, sales coordination, back-office operations, or related fields (preferred)Why Join Us?- Exposure to government and private sector infrastructure bidding - Opportunity to learn tendering from experienced professionals - Stable and growth-focused work environment - Work with a reputed infrastructure company with 30+ years of industry presenceHow to ApplyInterested candidates can send their resume to info@ or apply directly through LinkedIn.Salary: Competitive (based on experience)Location: In-person (Surat)
