Key Responsibilities: Develop and design new rug designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and evolving market trends. Assist in creating customized colourways and design variations based on client preferences. Prepare lookbooks and design presentations tailored for clients and ongoing projects. Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging visual content and posts for digital platforms. Stay updated on textile trends, materials, and techniques to infuse fresh ideas into our collections. What We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of textile design principles, colour theory, and material play. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. A creative eye for detail, balance, and storytelling through design. Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of design projects.
