Established in 2012 as an LLP and converted into a public company in 2021, the Company has grown through continuous innovation, sustainability initiatives, and capacity expansion.With robust manufacturing capabilities in Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre (RPSF), PET Flakes, and Bottle-to-Bottle (B2B) rPET food-grade resins, JB Ecotex plays a vital role in strengthening India’s circular economy.For more details, visit: Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end IPO execution, including coordination for DRHP/RHP, addressing SEBI observations, and ensuring compliance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.Oversee complete secretarial, corporate governance, and statutory compliances of the Company, its subsidiary, and other group entities under applicable laws.Independently conduct Board, Committee, and General Meetings in real time, including agenda preparation, live coordination, drafting of minutes/resolutions, and action tracking.Act as the single point of coordination with external intermediaries such as Practicing Company Secretaries, Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsels, Auditors, Registrars C Transfer Agents, and Stock Exchanges for IPO and regulatory matters.Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations including LODR, PIT, and SAST, and manage all periodic filings, disclosures, and communications with regulators.Manage post-IPO and listed-entity compliances, including listing formalities and ongoing disclosure requirements.Drive compliance actions across group companies and promoter offices, ensuring timely flow of information, approvals, documentation, and regulatory closures.Lead and mentor the Assistant Company Secretary, maintain statutory registers and ROC filings, ensure audit readiness, and advise the Board and Management on governance and regulatory risks.How to ApplyInterested and eligible candidates may share their resume at the email IDs below.
