Associate Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 2 years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting activities, data entry, and financial record management. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software.Key Responsibilities: Accurate entry of purchase, sales, and expense vouchers in accounting software Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and bills Update daily financial transactions and maintain records Manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare and process vendor payments Follow up on outstanding customer payments Perform bank reconciliation on a monthly basis Maintain ledger accounts and assist in finalization of accounts Assist in GST data preparation and statutory compliance Support during internal and external audits Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentationRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce () or related field Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel Basic knowledge of GST and taxation Good analytical and numerical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy
