The candidate will work closely with the Senior Accountant and assist in maintaining accurate financial records, verifying invoices, and ensuring proper documentation control.This role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and structured working habits. Key ResponsibilitiesTally & Accounting EntriesPurchase, Sales, Journal, Contra, Payment & Receipt entries in TallyLedger creation & maintenanceVendor and customer reconciliationAssist in monthly closing activitiesMaintain proper voucher documentation Invoice & Rate Verification (Important)Verify purchase invoice rates with approved Purchase OrdersCross-check quantity, GST, and calculationsIdentify rate mismatches or discrepanciesReport billing errors immediatelyTrack pending debit notes & credit notes  Billing & DocumentationCreate tax invoices & proforma invoicesPrepare debit notes and credit notesCoordinate for E-way billsMaintain proper filing (physical + digital)Maintain dispatch & invoice recordsVendor & Payment CoordinationMaintain payment due trackerPrepare vendor aging reportCoordinate with purchase team for bill clarificationsEnsure proper TDS & GST classification (basic knowledge required) Communication & ReportingDraft professional emails to vendors & customersSend payment remindersReport discrepancies to Senior AccountantMaintai Skills RequiredGood knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory)Basic GST understandingBasic Excel knowledge (filters, simple formulas)Strong numerical accuracyGood written English communicationOrganized & disciplined working styleHigh integrity & reliability Preferred QualitiesCommerce graduate preferred ()Calm and responsible personalityDetail-oriented mindsetWilling to learn and grow in accounting field Growth OpportunityThe candidate will gain exposure to:Manufacturing accountingGST complianceVendor control systemsFinancial discipline in industrial setupPerformance-based growth and salary revision available.
