About the Role We're looking for a Finance Controller with hands-on experience in manufacturing finance , particularly in jewellery, diamond, or export-oriented industries . You’ll be responsible for managing the company’s financial health—from budgeting and inventory costing to cash flow, compliance , and raising funds to fuel growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Reporting · Prepare monthly MIS and financial statements · Track budgets, profitability, and cost efficiencies Cash Flow & Expense Management · Monitor daily cash flow and forecast requirements · Manage payables, receivables, GST, TDS, duty drawbacks, and refunds Cost Control & Inventory Oversight · Supervise inventory costing for diamonds and gold · Minimize wastage and ensure accurate production costing Fundraising & Financial Strategy · Build financial models and documents for debt/equity fundraising · Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and private lenders · Manage investor/lender relations and credit lines
