Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Collection Officer located in Sundargarh. The Field Collection Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers to address overdue payments. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service during interactions, analyzing financial situations for effective recovery planning, and maintaining accurate records of collection efforts. The Officer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to financial policies and legal practices. Qualifications Strong expertise in Debt Collection and Finance-related processes Proficiency in Analytical Skills for assessing customer repayment capabilities Customer Service and Communication skills to manage sensitive discussions professionally Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and timelines Knowledge of the local language and regional market experience is advantageous Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
