Join Our TeamLocation:SIPCOT Aerospace Park, Vallam Vadagal, Sriperumbudur – 602105Experience:Minimum 3 yearsIndustry:Precision / Aerospace / Automotive Manufacturing1️⃣ CNC / VMC ProgrammerResponsibilities:Create, edit & optimize CNC/VMC programs for precision machininterpret engineering drawings & plan machining sequences.Handle machine setup, offsets, tool selection, and first-piece inspection.Troubleshoot and improve cycle times, accuracy & surface finish.Requirements:Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical or related field.Min. 3 years of CNC/VMC programming & operation experience.Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi). 2️⃣ Quality ControlHeadResponsibilities:Lead the Quality Control Department for incoming, in-process & final inspections.Prepare and maintain documentation as per MSME and Aerospace customer standards.Conduct & coordinate ISO 9001 / AS9100 internal & external audits.Handle calibration of measuring instruments, gauges, and inspection equipment.Review & approve FAIR, PPAP, process validation and ensure full traceability.Utilize and maintain CMM, Profile Projector, Contour Measuring Instruments, and Surface Roughness Testers.Liaise with customers/vendors for NCR resolution and quality improvement.Drive Continuous Improvement, CAPA, and 5S initiatives.Requirements:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.3–5 years of QC experience in precision / aerospace / automotive manufacturing.Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, and (optionally) NADCAP processes.Strong documentation, communication & analytical skills.Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems & Quality Tools (7QC, RCA, Pareto, etc.) 3️⃣ Production SupervisorResponsibilities:Supervise daily production & ensure component dispatch quantity targets.Oversee CNC/VMC operations – tool correction, insert changes, offsets, etc.Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to tolerances.Maintain & calibrate gauges, fixtures, and measuring instruments.Check coolant levels, tool life, and overall machine health.Ensure proper documentation of production reports, rework, and rejectionlogs.Implement 5S, Lean, and safety practices on the shopfloor.Coordinate with Quality & Planning teams for smooth productionflow.Requirements:Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical or relatedfield.Min. 3 years of experience in precision component / CNC-based production.Strong leadership, problem-solving & team coordination skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office / ERP systems.
