Position 1: Salesforce Tester Position 2: ServiceNow Developer Location: 100% Remote, India Shift Timings:IST daytime with a few hours overlapping PST until 11:30 AM PST (12 AM IST) Employment Type: Fulltime Start Date: Immediate Experience: 6-10+ years Notice Period: 2 Weeks - 1 Month Must undergo background check verification References will be checkedPosition 1: Salesforce Tester Key Skills: Salesforce Testing, Sales Cloud, (Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud good to have), Manual and Automated testing tools, API testing tools.Job Summary: We are looking for a skilledSalesforce Testerto join our team and ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities.Key Responsibilities: Develop and executetest plans, test cases, and test scriptsfor Salesforce applications. Performmanual and automated testingto validate system functionality, performance, and security. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements. Conductregression testing, functional testing, UI testing, and integration testingfor Salesforce applications. Ensure test coverage of Salesforce modules likeSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Custom Applications . UseSalesforce Test Automation tools(such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca) to automate test cases. ValidateAPIs, workflows, and data integritywithin the Salesforce ecosystem. Work closely with the development team inAgile/Scrumenvironments. Ensure compliance with best practices andSalesforce security standards .Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experiencein Salesforce testing or a similar role. Strong knowledge ofSalesforce architecture, data models, and functionalities . Experience withmanual and automated testing tools(e.g., Selenium, Provar, JIRA, TestNG). Understanding ofApex, Visualforce, and Lightning Componentsis a plus. Familiarity withAPI testing toolslike Postman or SOAP UI. Experience working in anAgile environmentand using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g.,Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Tester ) are a plus.Position 2: ServiceNow Developer Key Skills: ServiceNow, Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Now Configuration, Service Now Development, Develop ReportsJob Description: Must have 5-8 years of ServiceNow experience withHuman Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM),Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) Someone who can configure Service Now, customize and develop reports for setting up processes.
