International Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our US Sales Process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role involves outbound/inbound calling to US-based clients/customers to promote and sell products/services.Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential US customers to promote products/services. Respond to inbound queries, providing information and resolving concerns effectively. Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and communication. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain call records and update CRM systems with relevant data. Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.Required Skills: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to work in night shifts and handle US time zones.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
