Location: Remote - IndiaShift: US (EST) hoursContract Duration: 12 monthsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retention Coordinator with hands-on Klaviyo experience to support the execution and optimization of lifecycle and retention marketing programs. This role will be responsible for building, scheduling, and optimizing email campaigns and automated customer journeys within Klaviyo, working closely with Retention Strategists and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong ESP execution skills, reporting capabilities, and a passion for retention and eCommerce marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy email templates and campaigns within Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and mobile optimization.Schedule campaigns and maintain automated workflows in alignment with Retention Strategist direction.Develop and manage performance reports for both client-facing and internal stakeholders.Analyze campaign and customer data to identify insights that support retention marketing optimization.Write clear, structured creative briefs for email campaigns, including messaging objectives and design considerations.Coordinate meetings, document minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.Support project management processes, including ticket creation, tracking, and maintenance.Learn and apply core principles of retention marketing strategy and marketing technology platforms.Assist in developing cross-channel solutions to client challenges across email, on-site experience, social media, events, and related touchpoints.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on exposure to Email Service Providers (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar).Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker.Familiarity with - or strong interest in - marketing technology and eCommerce ecosystems.Self-starter mindset with initiative to uncover insights and improvement opportunities.
