This is a contract role for a duration of 9 monthsWe are seeking someone who has experience in Culture, Engagement and Diversity , Equity and Inclusion (EDE&I) to shape the Aptia Culture to achieve our mission of inspiring creativity and enriching lives. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to make a significant impact in a global organization, working within a truly global team to deliver results.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement aglobal culture framework, engagement, diversity, equity& inclusion strategyacross the company aligned with Aptia Vision and Values. Providethought-leadershipon Culture, engagement, diversity,equity & inclusion Build and drivemeasurement metricsfor all areas Partner closelywith colleagues and People Team Leads to drive impactful work, whilst building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Develop employee wellness programs, support internal initiatives to embed DE&I approaches via global employee networks. Build external partnerships to bring new/global thinking. Own and runengagement surveysand actions that come out of it Ownreporting & analyticson culture, engagement & DEI; working closely with the People Analytics Team Ability to work effectively as part of an intercultural global team Builds and maintains relationships of professional trust and courtesy Digital mindset and hands-on mentality Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure Strong bias to action and pragmatic, solution-oriented Excellent project management skills, reliable and consistently delivers on agreed objectives and commitment High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and processes consistently Exercises confidentiality, tact and discretion Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team Exhibits flexibility in schedule (Hours worked) to meet the needs of a global team. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Proficient/Expert level skills in Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient with working within an HRIS/Reporting system (ideally Workday)Experience & Qualification A rounded HR experience with Business Partnering, Culture & engagement and DEI. Experience in a Culture, Engagement, DE&I role, preferably in a global organization. A good understanding of DEI requirements across geographies. A commercial mindset, ability to uncover root causes of problems and deliver data-driven insights Experience of working in a fast-paced and complex environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity and changing circumstances. Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
