Job Title: Medical Annotator (Remote, India)About Us: We are looking for skilled Medical Annotators based in India to join our remote team. This role involves creating and evaluating clinical content to support the development of medical reasoning and diagnostic tools.What You’ll Do: Create and answer clinical questions to support diagnostic and reasoning tasks. Review and analyze model responses for clinical accuracy, scientific rigor, and relevance. Rank and assess outputs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Provide expert feedback to enhance the quality, accuracy, and logic of medical content. Work across different projects based on your expertise and performance.What We’re Looking For: Medical Degree: MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent from an accredited medical program (candidates currently enrolled may also be considered). Clinical Experience: Hands-on experience in healthcare; preference given to practicing or recently practicing clinicians. Subject Mastery: Strong ability to develop and critique complex medical reasoning tasks at a graduate level. Specialty Expertise: Comfortable working in one or more of the following domains: Internal Medicine Emergency Medicine Cardiology General Surgery Diagnostic Radiology Critical Care or subspecialties English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing, with minimal language errors. Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with capability to evaluate medical content for accuracy and logical consistency.Bonus Qualifications: Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, clinical trials, or industry R&D. Familiarity with AI model development, prompt engineering, or clinical informatics (not mandatory but advantageous). Experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), or nurses with clinical backgrounds may also be considered.Location: 100% Remote – Candidates must be based in India.
