AI/ML Engineer – Core Simulation Engine

About the Role We’re creating an AI-powered platform that delivers highly interactive, role-specific user experiences. Your mission will be to design and implement thecore simulation engine— an AI system capable of producing dynamic, multi-step interactions that evolve over time based on user actions. What You’ll Do Developcontext-aware AI agentsthat maintain interaction history and adapt responses over extended user journeys. Build systems that allowcharacter/persona-driven conversationswith nuanced, role-specific behaviors. Architect long-termstate management and storyline progressionfor complex multi-session experiences. Designautomated task generation and evaluation workflowsfor different user profiles. Implement robust feedback loops and adaptive learning flows within simulations. Optimize AI model usage for scalability, accuracy, and cost efficiency. What We’re Looking For 4–7+ yearsin AI/ML or NLP-heavy product engineering. Strong hands-on experience withLLM APIs(OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. Expertise inPython , backend architecture, and API development. Familiarity withvector databases(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for context retrieval. Experience buildingpersistent conversational systemswith multi-agent capabilities. Bonus: Experience with simulation, gamification, or adaptive learning platforms.
