About the Role Girl Power Talk is hiring for its client Legal Experts AI-a cutting-edge, AI-powered marketplace transforming how legal services are discovered and delivered. The platform connects clients with verified legal professionals through intelligent matching, enabling faster and more accurate outcomes. We are looking for a data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to build and scale the growth engine for Legal Experts AI. You will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth by executing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns in a fast-evolving, AI-first environment. Key Responsibilities Own and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue pipeline. Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn), email, content, and webinars. Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion. Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation campaigns. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and automation tools. Track and optimize key metrics including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and cost per lead. Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance and ROI. Work cross-functionally with content and design teams to create high-performing marketing assets. Enhance lead scoring models, segmentation, and targeting strategies. Required Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing (preferably B2B/SaaS). Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and Google Analytics. Experience managing paid campaigns and budgets. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance and optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, legal-tech, or AI-driven platforms. Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and CRO. Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
