We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team, starting part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.Position OverviewWe’re hiring a part-time Graphic Designer to create impactful marketing materials, from flyers and brochures to social media graphics and digital assets. This role is primarily focused on graphic design. Knowledge of web design (WordPress, Elementor, Figma, etc.) is not required but will be considered a strong plus.This is a part-time role (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST) with a clear path to becoming a full-time team member as we expand.ResponsibilitiesDesign print marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, and business cards Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and online marketing Maintain consistency with branding guidelines across all design work Collaborate with the marketing team to refine designs and meet deadlines Organize and manage design files and templates for ongoing useRequirements3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio of print and digital work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Canva Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team Availability during scheduled hours (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST) Experience designing for trade shows or large-format printPreferred Skills (a plus, not required)Familiarity with WordPress and website builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Wix) Knowledge of project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or TrelloWhat We OfferA collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to work on diverse projects across print and digital Growth into a full-time role here with us Exposure to a wide range of industries and marketing campaignsHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and portfolio showcasing your best work.
