ARIA Billing Architecture

Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end billing architecture using Aria Billing for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid pricing modelsLead Aria Billing implementation, configuration, and customization across products and servicesDefine product catalogs, plans, pricing rules, invoices, taxes, discounts, and proration logicArchitect and manage integrations between Aria Billing and upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, Payment Gateways, Order Management, Data Warehouse)Work closely with business stakeholders to translate billing requirements into technical solutionsEnsure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of billing systemsDefine billing workflows for order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and collectionsProvide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices guidance to development teamsSupport data migration, billing reconciliation, and production issue resolutionPrepare technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagramsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with Aria Billing Cloud (configuration & APIs)Expertise in subscription management, recurring billing, usage rating, invoicingExperience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrationsKnowledge of payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, CyberSource, etc.)Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processesExperience with tax engines (Avalara, Vertex) is a plusStrong SQL knowledge and experience with billing data analysisFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
