Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Field Marketing Manager. The responsibilities include planning and executing field marketing campaigns, building relationships with healthcare professionals and local organizations to grow the presence of Sampurna Women Care & IVF, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Additional duties involve analyzing effectiveness of marketing initiatives and reporting on key performance metrics to optimize strategies. Qualifications Marketing and campaign planning skills, with experience in field marketing strategy and execution Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to liaise with peer Doctors and teams Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies effectively Experience in IVF, Gynae or relevant industries is preferred Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects Proficiency in using marketing tools, software and analytics platforms
