Key Responsibilities:- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, promotional campaigns, academic events, and institutional communications. - Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and visual storyboards. - Ensure all videos align with the university’s brand identity and communication standards. - Manage video footage, sound, and visual assets with attention to detail and accuracy. - Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and effects where required to enhance the visual appeal. - Maintain video archives and ensure proper storage and organization of all assets. - Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in video production and editing.Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 4-6 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in an educational institution, corporate, or agency setting. - Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and related tools. - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand communication. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Skills and Attributes:- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to adapt to diverse content requirements – from academic storytelling to promotional material. - Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-oriented professional.
