Grant ManagerExperience: Minimum 3 years- Oversee full grant lifecycle – pre-award and post-award. - Support faculty in identifying funding opportunities and preparing proposals. - Monitor awarded grants, ensure compliance, reporting, and audits. - Collaborate with finance and legal teams for contracts and sub-awards. - Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Public Administration (Master’s preferred) + 3–5 years of grant management experience.2. Grant WriterExperience: Minimum 3 years- Draft and finalize compelling grant proposals (national & international). - Identify funding opportunities in social sciences and related domains. - Support faculty in proposal conceptualization and reporting. - Qualifications: Master’s in Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Development Studies (PhD preferred) + 2–3 years of grant writing experience.3. Research Report Writer & Data/Policy AnalystExperience: 3–4 years- Prepare high-quality institutional research reports and policy briefs. - Conduct benchmarking and comparative analysis (e.g., NIRF, QS, SciVal). - Track global trends in research and higher education. - Qualifications: Master’s in Public Policy, Development Studies, Sociology, Economics, Political Science, or related field + 2–3 years’ research writing/policy analysis experience.4. Digital Dissemination Specialist (Academic Research Focus)Experience: 3+ years- Translate academic research into engaging digital content. - Manage university presence on platforms like LinkedIn, ResearchGate, YouTube. - Execute campaigns for research centres, journals, and academic events. - Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing/Communications/Journalism + 3 years’ digital marketing experience (academic/research focus preferred).Department of Competitive Examinations5.
