Glocot Group is a leader in India's polymer manufacturing landscape, delivering innovative and high-quality solutions.We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Marketing and Sales Maneger to support business growth, drive customer engagement, and strengthen Glocot’s market presence in India and global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients in key industrial sectors.Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, understand requirements, and identify up-selling or cross-selling opportunities.Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential growth segments within the silicone and specialty chemicals industry.Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations in coordination with the technical and R&D teams.Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and technical service to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Gather customer and market feedback to support product development, positioning, and strategy enhancement.Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the silicone, chemical, or industrial manufacturing sector.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and technical product marketing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a technical and fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.Why Join Glocot GroupOpportunity to work with an innovation-driven company shaping the future of industrial silicone solutions.Exposure to global markets and cross-functional collaboration.Dynamic and growth-oriented work culture.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Estimate salary to be providedRs 1,00,000
