Over the last decade, JGU has grown into an institution that brings full time faculty from over 51 countries in the world, students from over 75 countries and has collaborated with over 575 leading institutions in 80 countries to bring international learning experiences to the Indian higher education system.Primary Work Location:University Campus, Sonipat (NCR of Delhi)Key Responsibilities:Explore and develop corporate partnerships to facilitate student placements and internship opportunities.Liaise with companies and recruiters to build and strengthen relationships with JGU for recruitment initiatives.Maintain and regularly update placement and internship-related data for the assigned School.Develop and nurture relationships with industry professionals to facilitate guest lectures, industry interactions, and career engagement activities.Track, monitor, and report placement and internship statistics, including job offers and related outcomes.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation related to placement and internship activities.Plan and participate in meetings with faculty members and students from the respective School to discuss placement and career development initiatives.Communicate with students regarding relevant updates, opportunities, and activities conducted by the Office of Career Services (OCS).Qualifications and Skills:Master’s degree3+ years of working experienceStrong understanding of industry trends and employer requirements in the relevant sectors.Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry professionals.Strong organizational and data management skills.A proactive, student-focused approach with the ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
