The TPA Executive will handle end-to-end management and coordination of insurance and claims processes. Responsibilities will include liaising with insurance companies, verifying documents, processing claims, managing patient queries, following up with insurance-related communications, and ensuring smooth approval and disbursal of claims. The individual will also collaborate closely with the hospital's administrative and billing departments to optimize patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.Qualifications5+ Years of Experience in Third-Party Administration (TPA) processes, claims handling, and policy coordination.Experience in insurance coordination, claims processing, and TPA management.Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and handling insurance-related databases or systems.Strong understanding of healthcare services, medical terminology, and insurance processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage professionally with patients, insurance companies, and colleagues.Problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills to ensure precise and timely claim approvals.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the hospital.Educational qualification in business administration, hospital management, or related fields is preferred.Knowledge of local and national health insurance regulations is an advantage.
