If you thrive on energy, agility, and the ambition to impact thousands of future tech leaders, NST is your platform.About the Role: Associate Community ManagerAs Associate Community Manager, you will partner closely with students, faculty, and leadership to execute and scale campus engagement, tracking and owning all student-led activities, data, and operational projects for our growing community of 300–500+ learners. Your focus: turn ideas into seamless student experiences across clubs, events, competitions, and enrichment programs—fueling both community connection and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Clubs and Councils- Own operations for all tech and non-tech student clubs, supporting councils in their initiatives and relentlessly tracking metrics for satisfaction, participation, and impact - Innovate logistical processes so clubs run like clockwork—and students feel empoweredLearning, Mentorship & Career Enrichment- Assist in organizing masterclasses, camps, and mentorship programs - Coordinate industry project logistics, onboarding, and student feedback via data-driven insights - Manage partnerships to bring in exceptional organizations and thought leaders to campusCulture, Events, and Engagement- Plan, execute, and continuously improve mini-events, competitions, hackathons, and signature fests—with a focus on operational excellence and measurable community impact - Lead initiatives that foster student connect and create a sense of belonging at scaleInfrastructure, Operations, and Data- Support campus infrastructure oversight, from sports access systems to resource usage - Track event and engagement budgets and proposals, while maintaining data dashboards for all community metricsInnovation & Tech DNA- Use digital tools and dashboards for managing student activities, feedback, and community engagement - Highlight, collect, and act on data insights to iterate and optimize every part of the student experienceWhat We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (advantage: Communication, Management, Education, Tech) - 1–2 years of experience in project/event ops, student affairs, or community building at scale - Prior leadership in college clubs/fests or student organisations (AIESEC alumni welcome!) - Discipline in digital tools: Sheets, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace—and keen to master more - Clear, proactive communication and comfort with data to measure/drive outcomes - New ideas and energy for elevating student culture and outcomes—a doer and connector at heartBonus: You bring creative flair, love building things from scratch, and want to own your projects end-to-end in a young, tech-powered environment.Growth Path- High performers can transition to full Community Manager or Student Experience Lead in as little as 12 months, owning signature programs and larger student portfolios.What Makes this role Stand Out- Be part of a lean, ambitious, and innovative team reshaping tech education at a national scale - Directly influence the campus experience for 300–500+ future tech leaders - Lead cutting-edge engagement programs, work with outstanding partners, and innovate with data/tech every step of the wayIf owning student engagement, mastering operational discipline, and innovating on outcomes excite you, apply and help build the future of tech education at NST.
