JD For Bioscience Department (Crystal Crop Protection Ltd.) Qualification:M.Sc. microbiology/ M.Sc. Biotechnology/ B. Tech Biotechnology/M. Tech Biotechnology. Experience:3 to 5 years in relevant field. Position:Research Scientist Industries type:Agriculture Biological (Biofertilizer & Biopesticide) formulation. Location:Nathupur, Sonipat (HR) Job Skill:Knowledge to develop mycorrhiza by ROC method Knowledge about complete process of Mycorrhiza development by ROC method Basic knowledge of tissue culture & propagation. Preparation of growth promotion media for microbes and tissue culture Isolation, identification & purification of beneficial microbes from soil & other sources Maintain of pH, check contamination of culture media and broth at FCO parameter Preparation of inoculums & testing of inoculums at FCO parameter Knowledge about CIP & SIP of fermenter Handling of fermenter at lab scale & large scale Knowledge of bacteria & fungi fermentation by Batch fermentation & SSF Knowledge must formulate biofertilizer & Biopesticide in granules, powder, liquid & other carries based Analysis of raw materials, finished products at FCO parameter Handling of Instruments like Autoclave, LAF, Microscope, Centrifuge, pH meter, UV double beam Spectro photo meter & Digital moisture analyzer etc.
