Tech Biotechnology.Experience: 3 to 5 years in relevant field.Position: Research Scientist Industries type: Agriculture Biological (Biofertilizer & Biopesticide) formulation.Location: Nathupur, Sonipat (HR)Job Skill: Knowledge to develop mycorrhiza by ROC methodKnowledge about complete process of Mycorrhiza development by ROC methodBasic knowledge of tissue culture & propagation.Preparation of growth promotion media for microbes and tissue cultureIsolation, identification & purification of beneficial microbes from soil & other sourcesMaintain of pH, check contamination of culture media and broth at FCO parameterPreparation of inoculums & testing of inoculums at FCO parameterKnowledge about CIP & SIP of fermenterHandling of fermenter at lab scale & large scaleKnowledge of bacteria & fungi fermentation by Batch fermentation & SSFKnowledge must formulate biofertilizer & Biopesticide in granules, powder, liquid & other carries basedAnalysis of raw materials, finished products at FCO parameterHandling of Instruments like Autoclave, LAF, Microscope, Centrifuge, pH meter, UV double beam Spectro photo meter & Digital moisture analyzer etc.
