Associate Research Scientist

We are looking for a profile to fill the position of Associate Research Scientist in Analytical Development Lab, contributing to the accomplishment of the Analytical development function objectives. The position will report to Senior Manager Analytical Development Lab.Job title: Associate Research ScientistLocation / Base: KRDC, Nathupur, Sonipat, HaryanaDepartment: Analytical Lab of Research and developmentThe role would be involved in the below mentioned areas:Hands on HPLC, GC, LC-MS, Prep-HPLC and Wet lab parameters.Execute Analytical Method Development activities of new products of formulation and process.Execution of Analytical Method validation activities of new products of formulation and process.Execute routine analysis of samples from process and formulation.Establishing In-house systems and procedures to ensure OECD GLP practices & regulatory requirements for analytical activities.Trouble shooting related to instrument, testing methods, test results and designing of additional experimentations as necessaryRecommend and implement methods to increase the quality of products and/or services.Adapt to changing priorities such that productivity and efficiency is unaffected.Develop efficient, selective analytical procedures for assigned compounds. Process samples with developed method in an efficient mannerExecution & coordination for Analytical method transfer activities.Calibration of the Analytical instruments as per the SOP and calibration schedule.Technical assessment & analysis of reaction and finished products.Preparation and review of SOPs, STPs and Method of analysis (MOAs) procedures and analytical development and validation reports.Assisting in establishment analytical equipments Qualifications and preparation of SOP’s.Any other specific functional activities defined on case-to-case basisNote: Expertise on Pre-HPLC, can develop method on HPLC and Pre-HPLC and can isolate desired impurities.Minimum qualifications: Master of Science (M.Sc.) from reputed university.Experience: Background should be from analytical lab of R&D Centre in agrochemical or pharma industry and involve in process development and technology transfer from lab to plant.Preferred qualifications: M.Sc. in chemistry and having 4 to 8 years’ experience in analytical development lab of R&D Centre in agrochemical or pharma industry.
