Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:- Develop visually engaging graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, banners, newsletters, advertisements, and social media campaigns. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Communications, and Academic Departments to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with institutional objectives. - Create and adapt design templates for various communication channels, ensuring brand consistency across all materials. - Work closely with the content and video teams to design digital assets for websites, social media posts, and email campaigns. - Ensure timely delivery of design outputs within established quality standards and project deadlines. - Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to improve creative quality and innovation continuously. - Manage and organize design files, artwork archives, and brand assets for easy access and reusability. - Support event-related design needs, including invitations, backdrops, stage branding, and other visual collateral.Required Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in education, corporate, or agency settings preferred). - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines. - Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
