Job Title: Technical writer Location: Remote(US working hours)3+ years’ experience in a role with similar responsibilities and duties.Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and to distil complex concepts from a variety of sources with little to no technical specifications into clear, usable documentation.Strong writing skills (grammar, punctuation, form, content, structure, etc.) and attention to detail, with extensive experience developing end-user documentation for a variety of applications in multiple sectors.Experience functioning as a liaison between technical and functional personnel, as well as working with customers and end-users.Experience using MS Word, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visio, Figma, and a variety of graphics tools.Experience using knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, Document 360, ServiceNow).
