And we’re hiring a remote Sales Manager based in India.What You’ll Do Sales Responsibilities:Take Google Meeting sales calls with inbound leadsUnderstand their health goals, challenges, and motivationPitch our online coaching program with confidence and empathyFollow up and close high-ticket coaching plans (USD/CAD)RequirementsMust Have: Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken)Strong communication, persuasion & presentation skillsExperience in online sales / high-ticket salesComfortable handling video calls and objectionsHighly disciplined, accountable, and committedAbility to consistently work night shiftsPreferred:Background in fitness / nutrition / coachingUnderstanding of client psychology & buying behaviorExperience with CRM tools & online sales funnelsWork Schedule: 6 Days/Week10 Hours/Day (Strict Commitment)Night Shift (IST): Any 10-hour window between 6:30 PM IST – 7:30 AM ISTThis role requires full discipline, availability, and consistency.Compensation & Perks₹50,000 per month (base) + sales commissionsPerformance-based commissionsFree access to our fitness & mindset coaching programsFlexible remote work setupGrowth opportunities in coaching, sales, and leadershipWork Setup RequirementsAs this is a remote role, you are expected to maintain a professional home office setup that allows you to perform your duties effectively.
