Our mission is to bring innovative, high-performance products to businesses across India through a strong dealer and distribution network.Job Role:The Inside Sales Executive - New Lead Generation with 2-3 Years of experience will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads through proactive outbound calling and email campaigns. This position requires a results-driven individual with a strong customer-centric approach to sales, the ability to build rapport with potential clients, and a commitment to achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls and send emails to potential clients. - Research and identify clients that fit the company’s target market. - Collect and filter data to focus on qualified leads. - Build relationships to understand client needs and match them with company offerings. - Create and follow account plans to move leads through the sales funnel. - Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services. - Share regular updates with management on lead activity and progress.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales - Proven track record of generating new leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to research and identify potential clients that align with the company's target market and sales goals - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects - Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales toolsLocation: Worli Mumbai (next to Acharya Atre Chowk Metro station)** Candidates willing to travel to Worli & Work from Office should only apply.
