We focus on delivering measurable ROI through strategic patient acquisition campaigns that drive real growth for healthcare brands.With an expanding portfolio of healthcare clients and ambitious growth objectives, we're seeking a results-driven Media Buyer who understands the unique challenges of healthcare advertising and can own campaign performance from strategy to execution.The RoleWe are looking for a Paid Media Buyer with Healthcare Expertise to plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for our healthcare clients.This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare advertising, patient intent, compliance requirements, and the ability to generate qualified patient inquiries at scale.Core Responsibilities:End-to-end media buying and campaign managementCreative testing and optimizationFunnel performance analysisLead quality managementCost efficiency optimizationKey Responsibilities :Paid Media Strategy & ExecutionDesign and manage performance campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search & Display)Develop targeted strategies for healthcare verticals including dental implants, aligners, RCT, hair transplant, and aesthetic treatmentsBuild scalable acquisition funnels tailored to patient decision journeysCreative Development & TestingTake full ownership of ad creative strategy and executionProduce and test multiple creative variations weekly, including static ads, short-form video content, and compelling ad copyAnalyze creative performance to identify winning angles and messagingContinuously iterate on hooks, formats, offers, and CTAs to maximize patient engagementCampaign OptimizationMonitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CPC, lead quality, and conversion ratesConduct systematic A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and funnel elementsImplement advanced retargeting and intent-based audience strategiesScale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiencyAnalytics & ReportingMaintain accurate tracking setup using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag ManagerDeliver weekly performance reports with actionable insightsProvide data-driven recommendations on what's working, what to pause, and what to test nextCompliance & CollaborationEnsure all campaigns adhere to healthcare advertising compliance guidelinesWork closely with strategy and content teams to align campaign execution with client objectivesCommunicate insights clearly and professionally with internal stakeholdersRequired QualificationsMust Have:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaignsProven track record in healthcare media buying (doctors, clinics, dental, aesthetic, or medical services)Demonstrated success generating qualified patient leads and inquiriesStrong understanding of healthcare-specific funnels, patient psychology, and creative testing methodologiesExperience scaling lead generation campaigns profitablyGood to Have:Local healthcare lead generation experienceKnowledge of healthcare compliance and advertising restrictionsFamiliarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting dashboardsVideo editing or graphic design skillsWhat We OfferCompensation: ₹3.5–4 LPA with performance-based incrementsRemote work flexibility with immediate joiningHigh ownership role with genuine decision-making authorityDirect exposure to high-value healthcare campaignsClear growth trajectory to Senior Media Buyer / Growth Lead positionsPerformance-driven culture that rewards resultsHow to ApplyPlease send the following to :Updated resumePortfolio of campaign screenshots (healthcare campaigns strongly preferred)Performance summary: Best CPL, CPC, and patient inquiry metrics achievedBrief write-up covering:Your healthcare media buying experienceYour approach to creative testing and optimizationSubject Line: Application – Paid Media Buyer (Healthcare)We're looking for someone who can start immediately.
