The Advocate Litigation will perform daily tasks such as drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and preparing case strategies. The role will also include coordinating with clients, independently attending court hearings and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.QualificationsProficiency in Legal Drafting, Case Analysis, and preparing legal documentsStrong Research skills with familiarity in analyzing case law and statutory frameworkExcellent Communication and Negotiation skills for advising clients and court interactionsExperience in Litigation and Court Procedures, including familiarity with court rulesAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining attention to detailInteraction with Jr. /Sr. Counsels LLB, LLM
