Role: Oracle CC&B AdministratorExperience Preferred: 4-9 YearsLocation: RemoteJob Description:Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Utilities applications such as Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management, and related modulesAdminister and manage Oracle WebLogic Server to ensure high availability and optimal performancePerform system administration tasks including environment setup, patching, upgrades, and configuration managementMonitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning across application and infrastructure layersManage application deployments, builds, and release activities across Development, QA, and Production environmentsCollaborate with development and DBA teams for application changes, migrations, and database-related activitiesWork with Oracle Database teams for backup, recovery, and performance optimizationHandle security configurations, user access management, and compliance requirementsProvide L2/L3 production support, ensuring timely incident resolution within SLAsCreate and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooksRequired SkillsHands-on experience with Oracle Utilities products like CC&B, MDM, or C2MStrong expertise in WebLogic Server administration and configurationProficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, and performance tuningSolid experience working in Unix/Linux environmentsExperience in application deployments, patching, and release managementKnowledge of shell scripting and basic automationFamiliarity with middleware, integrations, and enterprise systemsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
