Work mode; Remote Notice: Immediate joiner Job Title: S/4HANA SERVICE MODULES CONSULTANTExperience:5+ years of experience in SAP Service Management, with a focus onS/4HANA(ECC Service Mgt knowledge is acceptable) Hands-on experience with Equipment Master, EquipmeIBase (Installed Base), Warranty Management ,Service Orders, Contracts, and Billing.Technical Skills:Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or ECC Service and integration with other modules like SD, PM, or FI. Expertise in Equipment Master configuration and management, including tracking and maintenance. Deep understanding of IBase creation, hierarchy management, and updates. Strong knowledge of Warranty Management, including claim processing, validation, and reporting. Familiarity with Fiori apps and their integration with S/4HANA Service processes. Knowledge of ServiceNow integrationwith SAP S/4HANA Service (desirable). Knowledge of tools like SAP Solution Manager and project management methodologies.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.Certifications (Preferred): SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Service or ECC Service Management
