Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities·Machine Maintenance & Breakdown Handling·Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in block bottom, loom, lamination, and printing machines·Troubleshoot and replace sensors, heaters, SSRs, relays, contactors, and panel components·Handle VFDs / inverters for motors and drives·Ensure proper wiring, earthing, and electrical safety practices on all machines·Preventive Maintenance·Execute scheduled electrical preventive maintenance as per maintenance plan·Maintain and follow electrical PM checklists for critical components·Identify early warning signs to prevent major electrical breakdowns and downtime·Coordination & Support·Support automation / PLC engineers during advanced troubleshooting·Coordinate with OEM service engineers (Starlinger and others) when required·Maintain basic electrical records, breakdown logs, and maintenance documentationRequired Qualifications·ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical·2–6 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance·Experience in PP woven / cement bag / packaging machinery preferred·Basic understanding of PLC I/O, sensors, interlocks (no programming required)Skills & Competencies·Strong electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills·Ability to work under breakdown and production pressure·Willingness to learn new machinery, systems, and technologies·Discipline in safety compliance and documentation
