Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Eloqua Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Eloqua marketing automation environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to support integrations, data management, compliance requirements, and end users across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and manage Oracle Eloqua instances, including full implementations from scratchLead and support multiple Eloqua environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practicesIntegrate Eloqua with Salesforce and other CRM platforms as requiredManage and execute data migrations into Eloqua, including:New contactsUnsubscribers and hard bouncersCustom Data Objects (CDOs)Historical and transactional dataTroubleshoot and resolve complex data and integration issuesImplement programming and logic to support legislative and regulatory compliance based on client legal guidelines, including managing contact mailabilityProvide ongoing support to end users, including troubleshooting technical and functional questionsConfigure, implement, and manage Eloqua integration apps, including CRM integration applicationsEloqua Advanced Feature ExpertiseBlind form submitsDynamic contentShared contentEmail and landing page templatesCloud Form Submit AppEloqua Administration & ConfigurationBuild and manage Custom Data Objects (CDOs)Configure users, roles, and permission groupsManage SSL certificatesConfigure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO)Configure fields, views, and layoutsCreate and manage picklistsSet up and effectively manage Email GroupsBuild and maintain subscription management pagesConfigure and manage Signature RulesSet up and support Eloqua Engage and Eloqua ProfilerRequired Qualifications5-7 years of hands-on experience managing Oracle Eloqua instancesProven experience building Eloqua environments from scratch (multiple instances preferred)Strong experience integrating Eloqua with Salesforce (additional CRM integrations a plus)Demonstrated experience with data migration and data governance in EloquaStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical usersPreferred QualificationsExperience integrating Eloqua with multiple CRM or third-party platformFamiliarity with global marketing compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL)Experience working in enterprise or multi-client environments
