Job Summary The School of Business at MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Executive Education initiatives. The Executive Education Head will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing executive education programs for working professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders in consultation with the Dean. The role involves building strong industry partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality executive learning programs.Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, industry bodies, and professional organizations to develop collaborative learning programs.Program Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of executive education programs including scheduling, faculty coordination, and participant management.Business Development: Identify new opportunities for executive education programs and contribute to revenue generation through corporate training and professional development programs.Partnership Development: Establish collaborations with industry experts, consultants, and training organizations to expand the portfolio of executive programs.Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in management, Business Administration, or related field.ExperienceMinimum 15 years of professional experience in executive education, corporate training, academic program management, or industry leadership roles.Experience in corporate training, leadership development, or professional education programs is highly desirable.Strong industry network and experience in business development will be an added advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and program management abilities.Excellent networking and industry engagement skills.Strategic thinking and business development capability.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
