Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Manager & Partnership Coordinator, based in the Pune District. The role involves identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influencers to amplify brand presence. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating partnerships, crafting marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders. The candidate will also contribute to enhancing the brand's visibility and reputation through public relations efforts and strategic sales support. Qualifications Strong Communication and Public Relations skills for building and managing relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholdersExperience in Influencer Marketing, with a track record of successful collaborationsSocial Media Marketing expertise, including managing campaigns and developing engaging contentSales skills to identify opportunities and support partnership initiativesProactive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA keen interest in the skincare industry and alignment with MAYSKIN’s values of diversity, inclusivity, and self-careRelevant prior experience in advertising, marketing, or brand partnerships is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
