Artificial Intelligence Lead

Job Title: AI Lead Location: Remote Experience: 7–12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. This role involves leading a team of engineers, defining AI strategy, and delivering scalable, production-grade systems aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, along with proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring high performance and continuous growth. - Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data processing to model deployment. - Drive development of Generative AI applications, including LLM-based solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions. - Establish and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring. - Ensure best practices in model evaluation, scalability, and performance optimization. - Conduct code reviews, model reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend adoption where relevant. Required Skills & Qualifications - 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related roles. - Strong programming skills in Python. - Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. - Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Deep Learning. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools. - Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning. - Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems. - Experience with distributed systems or big data tools (Spark, Ray). - Prior experience building AI products at scale.
