About the Job :Job Title: Veeva Configurator Technical LeadJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 8+ YearsWork Mode: RemoteIndustry: IT / Life Sciences / PharmaceuticalNotice Period: 15 days -30 days Location: HyderabadOverview:Seeking an experienced Veeva PromoMats specialist to lead configuration, integration, and optimization of the platform for life sciences promotional content. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Configure workflows, metadata, and document types in Veeva PromoMats.Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Integrate PromoMats with CRM, DAM, and other enterprise systems.Lead testing, validation, and compliance (FDA 21 CFR Part 11).Train users and maintain system documentation.Drive continuous improvement and system enhancements.Mentor junior team members and lead Agile ceremonies.Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:Proven expertise in Veeva PromoMats, including Claims, Tiering, DAM, and Modular Content.Strong understanding of regulatory workflows and global vs. regional strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in life sciences/pharma industry preferred.Familiarity with Veeva CRM and Agile tools like JIRA.Preferred:Veeva PromoMats certification.Experience with enterprise clientsBackground in compliance and content lifecycle management.We're looking for driven individuals who are eager to lead, quick to learn, and ready to take ownership.
