MEPF BIM Modeler

We're on the lookout for enigineers who have strong proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit, and are keen to pursue a career based on BIM skills. Immediate availability would be additional value.The criteria and JD is thus:Experience: 1+ years of professional, post qualification experienceEducation: B.Tech/Diploma +Discipline: Mechanical (HVAC)/Plumbing/Fire Fighting modellingSkills:Above average understanding of MEPF design concepts, project detailing and development, execution and technical drawingAbove average skill in Revit modelling of MEPF disciplines up to LoD 400Familiarity with allied software such as Navisworks, BIM Collaborate Pro, and CAD applicationsAbility to read and generate MEPF technical drawings for project delivery and coordinationAbility to visualize projects through drawings, relate drawings to models and metadataCo-relate all of the above and analyse inter dependencies and implicationsStrong skill in ArchiCAD/Revit - modelling and technical drawing generation.Good written and verbal communicationRole and responsibilities:Work as part of a larger team developing large scale commercial projects in ArchiCAD/RevitLiaise with MEPF design consultants to coordinate design development in BIM workspace.
