In this role, you’ll create challenging, simulation-driven design problems that push advanced AI models to reason like real engineers — making trade-offs, sizing components, and iterating against physics-based simulators.What You’ll DoCraft realistic engineering design tasks with clear constraints and optimization goals.Build complete problem sets: solutions, near-miss variants, edge cases, and documentation.Collaborate with researchers to refine problems based on AI model performance.Who You AreMaster’s/PhD in engineering or applied science.3+ years of hands-on design experience delivering validated solutions.Skilled in simulation tools and Python scripting.Detail-oriented, with a passion for physical realism and design reasoning.Domains We ValueElectrical & Computer Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Control Systems, Materials/Nano, Optics, Aerospace, Civil/Structural, Nuclear/Energy, Systems Engineering, Robotics.
