We are looking for a Senior Visualiser who can lead core design thinking, shape brand identity, and translate ideas into powerful visual experiences—across digital, motion, and on-ground events.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Creative & Brand BuildingLead the visual direction for campaigns and communications, contributing to the evolution and strengthening of the organisation’s brand identity.Concept & VisualisationConceptualise and develop compelling design ideas, including key visuals, layouts, and storytelling frameworks across mediums.Event & Experience DesignCreate impactful event themes, stage design concepts, visual backdrops, and overall experience ideas that bring narratives to life.Motion & Digital ContentOversee and create motion graphic-based posts, reels, montages, and dynamic visual content for digital platforms.Infographics & Communication DesignDesign clear and engaging infographics and visual communication assets that simplify complex ideas.Team Leadership & MentorshipGuide and mentor designers, ensuring high-quality output, strong creative thinking, and adherence to brand standards.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with content, media, communications, and event teams to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions.Execution ExcellenceEnsure high-quality delivery using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Innovation & TrendsStay updated with evolving design, motion, and event trends to continuously elevate creative output.Timely DeliveryManage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.What We’re Looking ForStrong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, event visuals, motion graphics, and storytellingProven experience in core visualisation and concept developmentAbility to think across mediums—digital, motion, and physical experiencesExperience in guiding teams and maintaining creative qualityStrong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual systemsExcellent collaboration and communication skills Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print, motion and digital media.Familiarity with the organisation's mission, values, and target audience is preferred.Knowledge of web design, motion graphics, or video editing software is an added advantage.Nice to HaveExperience in large-scale events, social impact campaigns, or experiential designAdvanced motion graphics or video editing skillsAbility to build visual systems and scalable design frameworksWhy Join UsBe part of a movement that aims to bring the world closer—where your designs don’t just communicate, but connect, inspire, and create impact.Joining the OWOF mission offers a chance to impact marginalised communities globally.
