This is a hands-on role for a creative expert who can own projects from concept to completion and deliver exceptionally high-quality design work that drives engagement and sales.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in senior-level positions, specializing in the critical areas of social media, ecommerce, and product packaging.Minimum Requirements – Do Not Apply Unless You Meet All10+ Years of Professional Experience: You must have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on graphic design experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Graphic Designer role or higher (e.g., Art Director, Lead Designer).Portfolio Excellence: Your portfolio must demonstrate proven, high-quality work in the following three key areas:Social Media Designs: Carousels, stories, static posts, and banners for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.Ecommerce Designs: Website banners, product page layouts, email marketing templates, and digital advertisements.Product Packaging Designs: Expert-level experience in creating print-ready packaging files (boxes, bags, labels, etc.) with a strong understanding of dielines, CMYK, and print production.USA Time Zone Availability: You must be willing and able to work core business hours that overlap significantly with the USA Pacific Time Zone (PT). Remote Monitoring Software: As a fully remote role, you must be willing to install and use remote monitoring software for the purposes of time tracking and productivity management. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling and on-brand graphics for all social media channels.Design high-converting assets for our ecommerce platform, including web pages, promotional banners, and email campaigns.Lead the conceptualization and execution of product packaging from initial design to print-ready files.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate remotely with marketing and product teams to understand project goals and requirements.Maintain brand consistency across all digital and physical design projects.Ideal Candidate ProfileExpert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign are mandatory).A strategic mindset that understands marketing goals and consumer behavior.Excellent communication skills for a fully remote setting (Slack, Zoom, etc.).Self-motivated, extremely organized, and requires minimal supervision.A portfolio that tells a story of successful campaigns and projects.
