Company Description Sharma Infratech Builders & Real Estate Developers Pvt Ltd. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Structural Engineer. The position is based in Solan, but some work from home is acceptable. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for performing structural analyses, conducting calculations, and designing structural components for various projects. You will collaborate with the civil engineering team and use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create detailed plans and drawings. This role also involves project management, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations, and providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers. Qualifications Professional expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering Proficiency in performing Calculations and conducting Structural Analysis Experience with STAAD software Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in project management is a plus
