We’re building a platform that’s intuitive, scalable, and business-friendly. To bring this vision to life, we’re seeking a skilled E-commerce Platform Manager with proven experience in online marketplace development and operations. Role Overview As the E-commerce Platform Manager, you will take ownership of the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of OurMall.eu. Acting as the bridge between our business vision and technical execution, you’ll ensure the platform’s features, design, and performance align with strategic goals. Beyond managing timelines and deliverables, you’ll apply your knowledge of e-commerce trends, marketplace operations, and applications to help shape a platform that grows and thrives in a competitive digital landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development, launch, and continuous improvement of OurMall.eu. Collaborate with programmers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, and priorities. Translate business needs into clear, actionable tasks for the development team. Provide insights into marketplace structure, features, and best practices to enhance performance, usability, and monetization. Stay informed on e-commerce and e-shop trends, technologies, and applications, applying them to strengthen platform strategy. Manage production schedules, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery. Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and keep leadership informed of progress. Drive platform optimization post-launch to ensure scalability and long-term success. Qualifications (Must-Have) Minimum 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or related industries. Strong knowledge of e-shop business trends, applications, and industry best practices. Solid understanding of online marketplace business models (vendor onboarding, payments, logistics, user acquisition). Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). Availability to work from our Sivakasi office 2–3 times per week. Nice to Have Experience with European or international marketplace operations. Familiarity with payment gateways, fulfillment systems, and compliance requirements.
