Rice Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities Supervise daily rice milling, polishing, grading, and packing operations. Maintain production and stock records (raw paddy, semi-finished and finished rice). Monitor labour attendance, allocate daily work, and maintain discipline on the shop floor. Coordinate with machine operators, storekeepers, and quality department for smooth operations. Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the production area. Report daily production data and issues to the Production Manager. Check moisture, quality, and wastage levels in coordination with the lab/quality team. Support management in maintaining cost control and efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Good knowledge of rice milling and grading processes. Strong record-keeping and reporting skills. Ability to handle labour and coordinate between departments. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / data entry preferred). Honest, disciplined, and hardworking attitude.
