General Physician

Conduct patient consultations (in-person ), obtain medical history, perform physical examinations, and establish differential diagnoses. Provide evidence-based treatment, prescribe medications, and manage chronic and acute conditions. Perform minor procedures and first-aid interventions as required in a clinic setting. Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when necessary. Promote preventive healthcare including vaccinations, screenings, lifestyle modification, and health counseling. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with clinic standards. Collaborate with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care. Ensure compliance with clinical governance, infection control, and regulatory standards. Participate in health camps, patient education programs, and community outreach activities (if applicable). * Qualifications & Requirements MBBS,BAMS,BHMS (or equivalent medical degree) from a recognized institution.
